Right to Complain and Return Goods:
We understand that there may be occasions where you need to raise concerns and return goods. If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, you have the right to file a complaint and return them under the following conditions.
Complaint and Return Notification: To initiate a complaint and return, please get in touch with our customer service within 2 business days of receiving the goods. You can reach our customer service by phone or email, and you should include the following information in your complaint and return request: Order number. A detailed description of the reason for your complaint and return (e.g., incorrect product, damage).
Return Requirements: Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Unopened packaging should remain intact. We reserve the right to reject complaints and returns if the goods do not meet these criteria.
Handling and Costs of Returns: We will manage your complaint and return process and provide you with instructions on returning the goods. Typically, the customer is responsible for the return costs unless the error or damage to the goods is our fault. For approved complaints and returns, you have two compensation options:
- Credit Invoice: Upon approval of your complaint and return, a credit invoice will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases with us and remains valid for a specified period, usually 6 months.
- Replacement Goods: If you prefer, we can also offer replacement goods as compensation for any defective or incorrect products. Replacement goods will be dispatched once your complaint and return have been processed.
